- Roll Casting is done by "Special Core Casting Method" so that problems like chips out, cracks ,etc can be avoided.
- Chilled depth of our Rolls is between 20- 30 mm.
- Hardness of our Rolls is between 525 - 550 BHN.

Since last 30 years, Heavy Engineering is One Stop for All Roll Repairing Solutions. We are engaged in Supplying and Repairing of All kinds of Cast Iron Rolls and Chilled Cast Iron Alloy Rolls for various industries like (Solvent Extraction Plants, Food Industries, Flour mills, Rubber Industries, Metal Foil industries, etc.) working non stop Round-The-Clock .
The Grinding work is performed by "Imported Endless Cylindrical Grinding Machine" which only we have in nearby Six States.
Jobs we perform:-
- REGRINDING of Flaker Rolls in mirror finish accuracy (0.002) according to sizes (for Indian make rolls) and for normal damage Roll.
- For roll size:- 600 mm dia X 1300 mm length , 500 X 1300, 500 X 1000 , 400 X 1300.
- REPAIR OF BEARING SEAT Metal filling on bearing Seats by welding rods and Re- Conditioning (metal filling by special process).
- CHECKNUT- rates differ according to bore depth (upto 70mm,105mm,150mm,200mm,etc)
- SHAFT CHANGING DONE BY REBORRING THE BARREL (material EN8)
- METAL FILLING ON THREADS & RETHREADING
- THREAD CLEANING- rates differ according to bore depth
- CRACKER ROLLS GRINDING & REGROOVING in proper angle and sharp edges with proper depth
